About Us
WHAT WE DO
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our physiotherapists support individuals of all ages and with a wide range of conditions, working together with you to achieve personalised care goals. Physiotherapy can be boiled down to three main methods of treatment, and we strive to ensure our clients receive all three:
Exercise based rehabilitation: This includes individually tailored exercises and activities such as strength training, endurance training, play therapy and hydrotherapy. That are fun, exciting, cutting edge and most importantly effective. Improving strength, endurance, range of motion, balance, coordination, agility, posture and overall fitness ultimately increases your ability perform the tasks and activities important to you. Enabling your access and participation in the life you want to live.
Education: Educating a patient about their condition, body, and pain mechanisms, alongside promoting lifestyle modifications, can significantly enhance treatment outcomes. When patients understand their health issues, they become more engaged in their care and more likely to adhere to recommended practices. Knowledge empowers individuals to make informed decisions, manage symptoms effectively, and adopt healthier habits. This holistic approach, which integrates education and lifestyle changes with exercise or manual therapy, fosters a sense of ownership over their health, ultimately leading to improved recovery and quality of life.
Hands-on therapies: Massage, mobilisation, dry needling, cupping, and facilitated stretching to improve range of motion, muscle activation, reduce spasticity and tightness, manage pain and enable more efficient and effective use of your body.
Whether the requirement is short-term recovery or ongoing support, our mobile physiotherapy service brings expert care directly to your home, ensuring every session is aligned with enabling your personal objectives.
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
Our accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified professionals who specialise in using evidence-based exercise interventions (exercise prescription) to help people manage chronic conditions, recover from injury, improve and maintain mobility, and maximise overall health and wellbeing.
AEP sessions are available at home, or in the community (including hydrotherapy), and offer a cost-effective option for ongoing care—at a lower hourly rate than physiotherapy—while still providing expert, targeted support.
More cost-effective than physiotherapy for ongoing management
More advanced training than personal trainers
Ideal for long-term physical and functional improvements
Backed by science — and tailored to your needs
AEPs don't just provide exercise — they give you a pathway to better health.
We currently offer both adult, and paediatric, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology sessions to NDIS and Support at Home (Homecare) participants. Not part of the NDIS or Support at Home? We also support:
